William went above and beyond the routine HVAC maintenance when he visited my attic space and discovered a very old, dried out, obviously not alive, rat, in a trap that had been set by my husband months prior. William carefully removed the deceased creature from my house and rather than place it my trash, he mindfully carried it to his own vehicle to dispose of it off site. Super respectful! I was totally grossed out but William handled it professionally and with ease. Thank you William!
