Great technicians! Though IMO overpriced. I joined the Platinum Level Preferred Maintenance Club, to save on dispatching on routine items and get great deals on maintenance routines on HVAC, tankless water heater, water and plumbing. Needed a 30 year old wall shower faucet replaced when I signed up, the job was well done, but the cost was exoberant, imo, and I did not recieve a discount on the repair as I missed the fine print and was not told that when I signed, I needed to be a club member fo...
