I really appreciated that the company gives you a text update with what technician you're going to get, a photo, and tracking information. My tech was friendly and knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing. He was unable to fix my issue as it needs to be done by plumbing, but he gave me a quote via email in 30 minutes which I appreciated.
