We were very pleased with the process and the technicians from Conejo Home Services during the installation of our home generator. The quality of work is top notch and the technicians patiently, and professionally, answered all of our questions during the installation process. BTW, the company also installed a new HVAC system for us several years ago and we were equally pleased then.
David Gonzales was very thorough, friendly and informative. Took his time to explain what was going on and options . Very easy to work with. Gave recommendations. Great communication skills. If it was a report card I would give David A+++.
Tech was real nice but he didn’t discover or fix the real problem even though he was at the house twice, had to call for a warrenty call before discovering that the whole A/C needed replacing.
