Called Conejo Services on a Friday when my furnace stopped working on a cold week. They were able to come on Saturday to check out the system. The technician David is friendly and respectful. He did a detailed diagnosis and determined the root cause of the issue.
Ordered the parts (took a few weeks for parts to arrive - not Conejo Services fault) and came back to install the parts and furnace is working again.
