Conejo Valley Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new Trane system for us in September 2021. I chose them after interviewing two other companies, one of which I had a 14-year purchase and maintenance relationship with. The Conejo sales rep was low key, low pressure, and knowledgeable about every question I asked. Our tech Justin was professional, friendly, thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done. He was prompt in messaging his arrival time and completed the work efficiently; with care for cleaning up. Justin went above and beyond! This was a repeat use of CVHVACP, in 2022, they installed brand new HVAC, duct work, and attic insulation. Again, same 10/10 service expectations. Family owned and operated, they operated with integrity and fairness. A customer for life!
