The tech that came, felt he wasn't 100 percent sure on resetting the controller. He called for assistance and he supervisor told him how reset the controller. 15 minutes all done. Clean work. And the heater has been acting good. I trust these guys because they're willing to go the extra mile.

Omar was great. Did an annual electrical check and gave some insights into how our electric outlets need updating and recommended a surge protector for our panel. Knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend their annual maintenance program.
