Cook DFW did an absolutely wonderful job replacing my hail-damaged roof. Keith took great care in handling all of this work for us in every way including working very closely with my insurance adjuster. He also personally repaired my fence and had it restained for us. This company does quality work, is very honest, and stands behind their work. I would gladly use them again and can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone!
Daniel came out when promised, and did a full inspection of our roof after the recent weather. After a thorough inspection, it was determined that nothing was damaged and that no replacement is recommended/needed at this time. No pushy sales tactics, no nonsense.
I will most certainly use Cook DFW again for our next inspection, and will use them when the time comes to replace our roof.
Trever was very responsive and came out to inspect our roof within an hour of us calling him. Luckily for us, he didn’t find any damage to our existing roof, but he was very helpful in pointing out another potential issue and fixing a portion of our flashing for us. I would definitely recommend him and use him if we need any more work done in the future.
We had a leak in our upstairs bathroom that did a lot of damage to our downstairs office and dining rooms. Cook DFW came highly recommended and did not disappoint. They were extremely helpful through out the entire process as we had never had something like this happen before. I highly recommend giving them the opportunity to help solve any needs you may have. I will for definitely to calling them for future projects and roof replacements.
