Appointment on 2/3/23. Very quick response at the start of a weekend. Nice technician and assistant. They cleared some stuff in a vent pipe, but in the end it did not solve the problem they were contacted for, so I had to contact them again on 2/7/23, at which point a different technician and assistant quoted an almost $300 fee for an extremely simple repair they could not guarantee it would solve the problem.
