We arrived home from a week at the beach to find our heat pump would not turn on and house was very hot.
I called and left a message with a different HVAC company I've used in the past and I still haven't heard back from them.
I've also used Cornett in the past and had a good experience so I called them. It was 11:30 on a SATURDAY. Zack answered the phone immediately and was at my house by 12:30. Zack was very nice and was careful to explain everything.

Danny did a great job diagnosing the problem with our heating system. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing. After determining that our thermostat was bad, he replaced it with a thermostat that we had previously installed. He was very professional. I highly recommend Cornett Heating and Air Conditioning.
I contracted for the Spring and Fall maintenance checkups. Both are done now and the technician was very through and professional and communicated well. The office was flexible and responsive in setting up the appointment. UPDATE: I am very glad I have the Preventative Maintenance Contract with Cornett.
