My water heater broke and was leaking water. I called Josh about 8:30 am. I had not used this company before. He was here in 15 minutes. He assessed the heater, noted its age and told me it should be under warrantee. He then made numerous calls to have the warantee replacement honored. His workers took this heater above Baltimore for the replacement, returned and installed a new heater. By 4 pm we had running hot water. My 13 year old Carrier AC finally called it quits the week before Labor Day 2022. Called the installer of the system who quoted me a price for AC replacement only which I found a bit high. Called Constellation Home (formerly BGE) who couldn't make the 5 hour window they gave me. So long. Called Cornett who came out when they said they would and confirmed AC needed replacement and suggested replacing the gas furnace with a high efficiency unit as well based on age of the system.
