Danny from Cornett was prompt, thorough, and helped explain what was going on with out AC unit in the middle of a heat wave. The combination of a leaky valve and low refrigerant caused ice to build up (I figured as much), so he recharged the unit and ordered a replacement valve which is still under warranty.
