Josh came to restore heat to our house soon after I called. It was a simple fix, so he didn't charge me! Amazing, as other companies charge $100 just to diagnose. He is also very knowledgeable. He is coming back this weekend to teach my husband how to troubleshoot (our very sensitive) heating unit. So happy to have found this company.
