We were happy to help our customers with their heat pump issues. Their one unit just stopped working and when they called us to come check it out, we were out at their house in 4 hours to assess the issues. After dissecting the problem, we determined a new unit install was needed. In under 24 hours, we were able to install this Bosch Home Comfort Series unit and our customers were back in action.
