Tech (Zach) came out diagnosed the situation, found some wires had been damaged. Ran new wiring and had my A/C back up and running in less than an hour. Best service, best warranty, they really will stand by their work, they refunded me an earlier repair because they wanted to put in a new outdoor to avoid the other problems found after they replaced my compressor (which weren’t possible to know about before replacing compressor). I’ll be a customer for life!!!
