Disappointed with installation quality and post-install response Cornett installed a new HVAC system at our home in June 2024. During recent cold weather, our upstairs system failed completely — the thermostat went blank and the unit shut down. We had a second HVAC company diagnose the issue. They determined the failure was caused by missing insulation and heat protection on the condensate drain line and flue, which allowed condensate to freeze, fill the drain pan with ice, and trigger a safe...
