Cornett responded to a weekend service call for an AC system that was not cooling .... The tecnician responded and was on site 15 minutes early .... The technician was knowledgeable of this particular system (Carrier) and performed a series of tests on the outdoor unit.... He checked the digital trouble/failure code and targeted the start/run capacitor.... Josh Cornett (Owner) has made several attempts unsuccessfully with Trane support personnel to remedy a contaminated HVAC Air Conditioning system, due to the system not being installed correctly by a local Trane dealer in about 2018.
This situation is in no way a reflection of the
competency of Cornett Heating and Cooling.
Trane does not appear to stand behind its products and offers no support to non Trane HVAC personnel.

Great experience from proposal through installation. I never felt like a number or just "the next job" to get done. Everyone I dealt with was very professional but casual which made it very easy on me. Nothing was rushed and they took care of everything. Thanks Cornett!
