My 13 year old Carrier AC finally called it quits the week before Labor Day 2022. Called the installer of the system who quoted me a price for AC replacement only which I found a bit high. Called Constellation Home (formerly BGE) who couldn't make the 5 hour window they gave me. So long. I was worried I would have to replace my ac unit but he quickly identified the issue and only recommended necessary fixes/solutions to keep it running (hopefully) through the summer.
