We bought a new house with a new unit, which unfortunately has a defect in the coil and we lost our refrigerant. They found the leak quickly, and were able to provide our fall heating PM all under our service plan. Do yourself a favor and use Cornett, and sign up for the service plan as well. It sucks to need to pay for equipment repair when new but it makes it much less bitter when you have great service and response time to help out. Cornett heating and cooling came to my home on 10/30/23 to install a heating and cooling system. Not only were they professional installers but they came 1/2 hour early and finished 1 hours early . They took the time to show me how to use my system. They took all the trash with them. Left my home as clean as it was before they came. Overall this was the best heating and cooling company I ever used. I recommend if you Want a professional and caring company then call Cornett.
