Jakob arrived promptly, I explained the wind seemed to move the siding so that it flapped in the wind separating from the edge. He went right up and fixed it. Super polite and efficient. We would call him in a minute for any future issues or something new.

Jakob has a believable low key approach. I never felt pressure. He pointed out a few problems an original 23 yr old roof has. I also got a promotion of no in... Read more

Thank you so much for the outstanding review, RJ! We truly appreciate you highlighting Jakob’s low-key, no-pressure approach. At CR3 American Exteriors, we believe homeowners should feel informed and confident — never rushed. We’re glad the roofing concerns were clearly explained and that the material options and pricing made sense for you. It’s great to hear our crew delivered on workmanship, efficiency, and especially job site cleanliness. Promising no exposed nails on the roof and none left around your property is something we take seriously, so we’re happy to know we met that expectation. We’re also glad the financing promotion was helpful and that your new 40-year roof looks fantastic! Thank you again for your trust, your business, and the easy 5 stars. If you ever need anything in the future, we’re here for you.

We agreed to a negotiated price and convenient start time. The removal of the siding took approximately one day, and the replacement siding took approximately one week. We were at home during the entire project and experienced very little inconvenience, with workers cleaning up the job site every evening. Painting of t... Read more

Thank you so much for your incredibly thoughtful and detailed review! We’re grateful you trusted CR3 American Exteriors with your siding replacement project. Upgrading from vinyl to Hardie Plank is a big investment, and we’re so glad to hear that Jakob provided knowledgeable guidance without any pressure and that the entire process felt smooth and well-coordinated. It’s especially meaningful to hear that you experienced minimal inconvenience while being home during the project. Our crews work hard to maintain a clean, organized job site each day, and your recognition of their effort and attention to detail—both in the installation and painting—means a great deal to us. Completing your project on time and within budget is always our goal, and your “Six Star” comment truly made our day! Thank you again for the recommendation and for allowing us to be part of your home improvement. If you ever need anything in the future, we’re always here to help.
