Hi Olivia, we are definitely disappointed to hear this. Per our conversation on 12/14 you declined to have the granule discoloration issue covered by the manufacturer. While we did our due diligence to prevent this issue the best we could, as we explained this is an extremely isolated problem that is not able to be caught until the shingles are installed and dried out (shingles are stored wet to prevent them from sealing together in the bundle). While not every job goes 100% perfect every single time, we pride ourselves on responding properly and swiftly to correct any issues. Per our conversation on 12/14 we are still happy to work with the manufacturer to correct the isolated issue and correct the ruts.
