a seamless experience from beginning to end. The owner Tom, came out and gave me an estimate. He did a great job of explaining my options. Also provided a list of nearby homes that I could go look at. Jesse, the crew chief and the owner came by again before the job began to look over the job site. I can’t say enough good things about Craddock roofing. Tom, Bea, and Parker were all incredible. I had a lot of questions about our roof, including shingle brand - Certainteed or GAF, lifespan of the roof (15 year, 20 year or 25 year shingle), energy savings, additional roof vents, gutters, single ridge vs double ridge, and more. I had a roof leak repaired by Craddock Roofing. Tom Craddock came out himself and reviewed the job with me to provide a fair estimate. He was on site again when the repair was taking place. They also looked at other areas of the roof and spoke to me about the condition of my roof. He did not recommend any extra unnecessary work, but he did have a damaged shingle in another area of my roof replaced after inspection. He's knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and on time.
