Craddock Roofing installed this classic Moire Black - CertainTeed Landmark shingle on this house in the Walnut Bend neighborhood in Houston. This style of white painted homes with a contrasting dark roof has been extremely popular in the Houston area, and this home is a perfect display of it.

Craddock Roofing installed this CertainTeed Landmark ClimateFlex Impact Resistant shingle on this distinguished home near Rice University in Houston. The Weathered Wood color blend goes great with the traditional style of the house. CertainTeed's Climateflex product was introduced in 2021 and holds a Class 4 Impact Resistance rating, which is supposed to withstand and damage caused by hail storms. By installing a roof with a Class 4 rating, you may be able to qualify for an annual discount off your home owner's insurance!

This house had cedar shake shingles installed under an old composition shingle, so Craddock Roofing tore off all the layers of existing material and re-decked the entire house with Techshield Radiant Barrier! The Radiant Barrier decking is a perfect solution for keeping your house cooler in the Texas heat.

This Briargrove Park home was having major leak issues, and needed a new roof before they put the house on the market. Craddock Roofing was able to come in and install the CertainTeed Landmark PRO shingle in the MaxDef Moire Black color during the summer of 2021. After we replaced the roof, all the previous leaking was resolved and a perfect selling point when they list the house for sale. Fun fact, a bullet was found lodged in the roof during the initial inspection - this is actually a common thing found on roofs all over Houston!
