I am writing this review in May 2019. My new roof was installed in June 2016 after incessant rains for 3 months and the Tax Day floods in April 2016. During that time, my 16-year old builder-grade roof was leaking at several vent pipe openings. I ended up being on Craddock Roofing's waiting list in 2016 for 10 weeks rather than the scheduled 2-3 weeks due to all the rain and their schedule being pushed back. I am very satisfied with the timeliness of their inspection following my initial call, their work with/thru my insurance company, guidance in selection of my replacement roofing materials and finally its installation and post job clean-up. I would both use their services again (but I have my fingers crossed that this won't be necessary anytime soon) as well as recommend them to others.
