Owner came out inspected roof and provided estimate with shingle choices with optional roof vent treatments and underlayments. We were put on installation list and roof was replaced in one day. Had plywood roofing deck replaced where necessary and new wind turbines installed. Especially appreciated that they were located on back side of roof not visible from street like originals were. We are thrilled with our new roof. This is our second Craddock roof.
Mostly I appreciate that Tom Craddock came out to evaluate our roof several years ago and advised us to wait. His honesty cost him money at the time but saved us money by getting more wear out of existing roof. Never had a problem if any kind with old roof of 27 years.
