Need a new roof on my 18 years' old home and I called up Craddock roofing and Tom stopped by, doing the measurement and gave me an estimate. The price is not the lowest but defenitely not the highest. To me, the price is reasonable based on materials they use (Certainteed Landmark Pro or GAF timberline HD).
