I contacted Craftsmen Home Improvements in August 2023 for a quote to replace the roof on my 1926 bungalow and detached garage. The roof utilizes asphalt shingles on the pitched sections and a rubber membrane on two shed dormers that are only slightly pitched. This is our second time using Craftsmen Home Improvements (CHI). Back in 2019 we had new Richlin windows installed. This recent project we called and moved forward with a complete re-roof on our home and garage. Thank you Jim K. for you guidance. Matt who has worked for the company many years was extremely experienced and knowledgeable in his craft as to what needed to be done on our old 1918 home with a 35 year roof that needed attention. I am very cautious about writing reviews, obviously by writing this review for Craftsmen 2 years after they installed new siding on hour home. It would have been easy to write a positive review based on their selling, pricing, installation and post install follow up. However, after 2 years, the quality of their install has endured several MN weather events. Their 5 start rating is well deserved. They should definitely be considerd for your home improvement project.

Craftsmen excelled throughout the entire process in the installation of my roof and gutter guards from the initial contact right through to the follow-up. Whether it was the office staff or the construction crew their communication, workmanship, punctuality and clean-up were top notch!

They did my siding in james hardie. From the beginning craftsmen was great. They left me with the most confidence when i was taking bids. They did a good job, everyone on their crew was friendly and professional. The crew was fast and clean. Their office was responsive and easy to deal with. I have recommended them to friends and will do again.
