Craftsman is a very responsive and professional company. Everyone did a great job with communication. Pricing was not the cheapest but the work was timely and of high quality. We had some tricky spots on our roof that they handled well. A few years after our roof was completed, we had a large branch fall on it during a storm. Craftsman came out to inspect and made a few minor repairs all without charging us. Their follow through is excellent.
We contacted multiple roofing companies to replace our roof shingles after a storm caused damage to our roof. We were so impressed with Craftsmen Home Improvements - they were always very professional and courteous. They also worked closely with our insurance company to ensure our insurance covered what needed to be covered. We had our windows replaced in 2021 and have been very pleased with them since. They look great, are easy to clean and are much more efficient than our old ones! The service provided by Craftsmen was great and I would recommend them.
