Craftsmen staff has guided me from the cost estimate all the way through the post-work completion. Jim is very knowledgeable about the cost estimate and worked with my insurance adjuster very well. Joni let me know ahead of time when the work will be done, what I need to do ahead of time and whom will arrive to do the work. Every Craftsmen staff I have met is friendly and professional.
