This is the second job that we have used Craftsmen Home Improvements and we have been impressed both times. We had a hail storm damage our shingles last summer and Erik was great working with our insurance adjuster to help get everything documented and moving thru the system. Ellie provided color samples and addresses where we could see what the shingles looked in real life. We have used Craftsmen in the past due when we lived in Apple Valley. They did some windows in our old house. We did the evaluation process with a few different companies and ultimately we chose Craftsmen due to their impeccable reputation. A mistake was made and the wrong windows were ordered. It was only discovered after installation was halfway complete. Obviously that wasn't great, but the team took responsibility right away, and clearly talked through all the possible options to remedy the situation. Despite the mistake, we were satisfied with the work and the overall process and would feel comfortable using Craftsmen again.
