I contacted Craftsmen Home Improvements in August 2023 for a quote to replace the roof on my 1926 bungalow and detached garage. The roof utilizes asphalt shingles on the pitched sections and a rubber membrane on two shed dormers that are only slightly pitched. This is the second time we used Craftsmen Home Improvements. This recent job included a new roof per my insurance company’s underwriters request. The job took a little longer than anticipated due to needing new boards under the shingles as there were gaps on the old wood. I must say the roofer was very knowledgeable and explained our options on the issue. I am very cautious about writing reviews, obviously by writing this review for Craftsmen 2 years after they installed new siding on hour home. It would have been easy to write a positive review based on their selling, pricing, installation and post install follow up. However, after 2 years, the quality of their install has endured several MN weather events. Their 5 start rating is well deserved. They should definitely be considerd for your home improvement project.
