The roofing process went quite well with Craftsman, from initial bid to job completion. The sales rep was new, but friendly, open, and honest and actually went on the old/existing roof to check it out to get the bid right, and the quoted price was what we paid in the end. He also gave us some local houses they had recently done in the colors we were considering to see how they looked on a roof of similar style. We were very impressed with the professionalism and the attention to detail of Craftsmen. Our house roof and gutters were a bit tricky, and Craftsmen was able to find a tailored, bespoke solution for the challenge. Communication was great throughout the process, and the new roof looks great, and the gutters are flowing, which is what you want!
