We worked with Craftsman the past few months to replace our old siding with Hardie and we were very pleased with their service and quality of work. The crew was extremely diligent in their work and the end result continues to amaze us. Like any home related renovation, there were some hiccups along the way but Craftsman's crew, carpenter, and foremen were able to come up with creative solutions to every issue which resulted in a beautiful end result. I cannot sing CHI’s praises loud enough. Every step of the process was so professional and done with care. Erik (sales) was incredibly knowledgeable about not only the James Hardie product he sold, but also the existing siding on our home. He sat down with me and clearly explained the entire process and what to expect. Joni (project mgr) was amazing and provided regular updates on the anticipated timeline.
