Needed a roof installation after a bad hailstorm, and Craftsmen did a fantastic job for me! They provided informative detail when quoting the job, took care of a lot of the communication with insurance, and they were FAST when it came time to install. The crew was respectful of our time and needs, and the post-job followup was superb. I would highly recommend Craftsman for any big home projects!

After hearing the project for our older home was unworkable, we were thrilled to find Craftsman. They were not only willing to do the project but showed professional confidence throughout. The windows look wonderful and we cannot wait to work with them again in the future.

CHI did a great job on our roof replacement from start to finish. I specifically have to mention Jim K., the sales rep we worked with. Our old roof was leaking in a few spots but we couldn't tell where the problem was from the outside. Jim volunteered to inspect the leaks from our attic and discovered a couple exposed nail heads that were likely the cause of the problem. He then applied sealant to the nail holes and re-seated the nails, stopping the leaks until the roof was replaced. This was a ... Read more
