Very positive experience throughout process to replace my roof. Good communication leading up to the day of the job. Very quick to respond to any questions I had. After the job was complete I had a couple of concerns and they came out, discussed each one, and addressed to my satisfaction. Appreciated the continued follow-up after the job was complete until I was completely satisfied.

I found Craftsman via Angie’s List after recent storm damage. Their proposal seemed very thorough and comprehensive compared to others I received. The scheduling and logistics were very easy and the new roof turned out great. The install team was very professional as was the project team. Would use them again for sure.

We needed windows and doors replaced. We liked the fact that Craftsmen sells and installs nearly all the major brands of replacement windows which means they picked the right solution for our home. The install crew explained most everything they were doing and when there was delay, why the work progressed slower. They were considerate and most willing to oblige. The long list of previous positive reviews were deserved.
