A mistake was made and the wrong windows were ordered. It was only discovered after installation was halfway complete. Obviously that wasn't great, but the team took responsibility right away, and clearly talked through all the possible options to remedy the situation. Despite the mistake, we were satisfied with the work and the overall process and would feel comfortable using Craftsmen again.

Their team stayed in touch with me as the install date date approached...setting my expectations on what would happen next. They crew came all masked up and got the job done efficiently.
