Last April, Craftsman Home Improvements sent out three fine gentlemen to replace 12 old drafty and rotting windows, some dating back earlier than the 1960s (our house was built in 1917 with a 1960 addition). Six of the windows line our front sun porch/home office. For years we had struggled with cold drafts in the winter, inflating our heating bill, no doubt. Craftsmen did an amazing job installing windows in my new home. We had a mix of 1950's and 1980's windows which we swapped out for nice new vinyl ones for a total of 17! The guys installing and assisting were awesome. Never made a mess and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They answered any questions I had right away so I felt comfortable with the daily process. Overall a great experience. We had 5 windows installed. Our sales person was very knowledgable. The follow up was quick, service was on time and professional. I have no complaints and will use Craftsman to install the next set of windows we do in the house.

The work Craftsmen provided was of the highest quality. Our job included new siding for our entire home, gutters, sofits, and an upcoming new roof. Every step of the way has been highly professional. Regular updates prior to the work beginning was extremely helpful. When the work actually begun, the crew was on time every day, efficient, and took care to protect our property around the house. The entire team at Craftsmen were wonderful. From our initial estimate with Erik, to coordinating with Kim and working with Tom and his window crew, we were kept in the loop every step of the way.
