We have used Craftsmen in the past due when we lived in Apple Valley. They did some windows in our old house. We did the evaluation process with a few different companies and ultimately we chose Craftsmen due to their impeccable reputation. A mistake was made and the wrong windows were ordered. It was only discovered after installation was halfway complete. Obviously that wasn't great, but the team took responsibility right away, and clearly talked through all the possible options to remedy the situation. Despite the mistake, we were satisfied with the work and the overall process and would feel comfortable using Craftsmen again.
