Craftsmen provided a timely, thorough estimate and addressed all of the questions we had before agreeing to move forward with the replacement of our home and garage roofs, and re-siding on the garage. I would recommend Craftsmen to anyone who is looking for a new roof. They are professional, organized and did a GREAT job. Not to mention, I got several bids and they were repeatedly the lowest on multiple jobs. They have a great system that keeps everything organized and running smoothly. My experience with Craftsmen Home Improvements was excellent from start to finish. I really appreciated, Maria, the project coordinator. We had constant communication, which was very helpful because I had so many questions being that this was my first time having a roof job performed. The crew was awesome as well. We are very satisfied with Craftsmen Home Improvements. We had a significant roof leak for our flat roof and we are so grateful that Craftsmen Home Improvements were able to schedule us in prior to the significant rains we are currently experiencing. We are happy to note that we have not had any leakage issues whatsoever. The crew was very courteous and left our yard impeccable. The entire process with Craftsmen Home Improvements was excellent. From the first meeting with Eric for an estimate, all the way through to our final inspection my wife and I were very impressed with the entire team.
