I want thank Tom, Jim, and the whole window crew in the great job they did on installing our 16 new Marvin windows. The communication was excellent and the quality of work was more than I could have asked for. The crew built a level of trust that a person does not find often these days. The siding crew did a fantastic job on my house! My siding was completed during the winter holidays which was cold! The first step was a quick meeting with the project lead to walk around and communicate the details or last min logistics. Highly recommend this step for communication and to get to know the project lead and crew. The job took 3 days which I thought was pretty quick. I recently used Craftsmen to replace all of the windows in my 1950's house. As a fairly new homeowner, I wasn't quite sure the direction to go.
