Just had 8 widows installed by the Craftsman crew. They did an awesome job from start to finish. They showed up on time, had the materials that were needed and took the time to explain the process. They took great pride in their work which really showed in the end result. The whole process was smooth from first contact with the company to the project being complete. I would not hessite to use them again for any other upcoming major projects.

From the very beginning, Craftsmen was easy to work with. The sale person was patient with my questions and made great suggestions. Craftsmen's quote came in a little higher than a couple of others but it was easy to understand and accurate which made it stand out. During the install, there was a misunderstanding (most likely my fault) on my screen door and Craftsmen took care of it with no mention of the extra hassle for them. The Craftsmen window crew did a great job on our window project. They replaced 9 windows and a patio door. The crew were all friendly, respectful, and efficient.
