A great experience. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about insurance claims, which was helpful as we were submitting this through insurance. The communication about the schedule was great and the crew was great as well! The foreman checked in with us a few times to see if we had any questions and worked with me as I needed to insulate around a skylight when some of the roof decking was being replaced. I would recommend Craftsmen for your roofing job.

As you can see, the result is fantastic. Tom and Jim were the foremen for the window/door, Ray and Luis were the foremen for the siding, Matt for gutters, Erik and Jim for sales. All three crews were respectful, hardworking, communicative, and meticulous with clean-up afterwards... Read more
