The siding crew has done a wonderful job on our home. They were willing to work with our schedules, so you do not have to take any days off of work and we were able to leave our house open for them to get at what they needed. We were very pleased to have chosen Craftsmen to work through our insurance claim. It was important to me to hire a contractor who could replace our roof, install the window wraps and downspouts which were damaged, and complete the painting of our siding. Craftsmen recommended a few changes which were additional work and materials, and was able to incorporate these into the project without our needing to pay extra for these upgrades. Storm damage can be very frustrating but the process to get everything repaired and replaced was made much easier with Craftsmen. From the initial quote through the completion of work, we were kept updated on the status and any questions we had were answered. They also worked directly with our insurance company and took away the headache for us. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and how nice it looks.

We had 5 new windows installed in our porch. The installers were extremely professional and worked very quickly and efficiently and were done by noon. They also cleaned up the work area completely. This is the second time they have installed windows for us and both times we have been greatly impressed.

Last April, Craftsman Home Improvements sent out three fine gentlemen to replace 12 old drafty and rotting windows, some dating back earlier than the 1960s (our house was built in 1917 with a 1960 addition). Six of the windows line our front sun porch/home office. For years we had struggled with cold drafts in the winter, inflating our heating bill, no doubt.
