I had Craftsmen out to replace our roof after a Summer hailstorm. They were with me from the start of the process including how to file a claim with insurance and meeting the agent at my house to look at the damage. When the roofing crew arrived, Matt, who is a super nice guy, made sure that I was aware of what they were doing and why throughout the entire process. Matt and his roofing crew were great! They worked together well and got a lot done each day. They cleaned up the job site each day before they left and let us know what to expect. They were all people you'd like to have as neighbors. And, best of all, the roof looks great.

Craftsmen was flexible in getting our job scheduled and got our two buildings done in one day. The crew seemed conscientious to pick up any remaining debris at the end of the day, even though it was well into the evening. Jim, our project manager, came by the following day to do a final check and make sure everything looked good. I would use them again.

The entire process for replacing our roof was very personable and efficient and we thought the cost was quite reasonable. The CHI people were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The roof was completed in just one day and the cleanup was very thorough. The guy that arrived a day or so later to haul off the the dumpster/trailer even checked all around the house a second time. Plus, the roof looks great!
