The work Craftsmen provided was of the highest quality. Our job included new siding for our entire home, gutters, sofits, and an upcoming new roof. Every step of the way has been highly professional. Regular updates prior to the work beginning was extremely helpful. When the work actually begun, the crew was on time every day, efficient, and took care to protect our property around the house. The entire team at Craftsmen were wonderful. From our initial estimate with Erik, to coordinating with Kim and working with Tom and his window crew, we were kept in the loop every step of the way. The entire process went well and only took 1 day to install the window. We had used Craftsman for 4 other windows and 2 patio doors a couple years ago and everything went well, so we went back for the final window in the house.

Craftsmen replaced windows and a skylight after hail damage to our home. They were great to work with, from beginning to end. Our primary contact at Craftsmen met twice with our insurance adjuster to help make sure all damage was covered. All of my questions about the job were answered promptly and thoroughly.
