We had our roof re-shingled and gutters redone. Craftsmen was very good about communicating when workmen would arrive and of how long the job would take. The workmen were efficient, skilled, and sensitive to allow us to continue our normal daily activities. They did an excellent job on the roof and gutters and did a nice job in cleaning up after the job. The office has been friendly and efficient too. We feel we are definitely getting our money´s worth. I cannot sing CHI’s praises loud enough. Every step of the process was so professional and done with care. Erik (sales) was incredibly knowledgeable about not only the James Hardie product he sold, but also the existing siding on our home. CHI was flexible with scheduling based on my convenience. They were transparent with every step of the process. They properly addressed my questions and concerns during the window installation. The new windows looked great and lit my house up. I think I will use them again for my future projects including siding and door replacement.
