Working with Craftsmen has been great. Each of the people I've spoken with at the company have been knowledgeable and helpful, and each time I've had a concern they've taken it seriously and made sure to answer it. I hired Craftsman Home Improvement to re-roof my two and a half story century old home. The project involved tear-off, new decking, and shingling with drip edge and flashing. It also included repair / rebuild of an section of unsightly roof line. This is the fourth roofing job since we bought the house in 1975. We had our house and garage roof shingled by Craftsmen Home Improvements, Inc. The Project Manager kept us informed as to the crew's schedule and when there were any changes to the schedule. When the crew arrived, Matt introduced himself and was very willing to answer any questions we had during the process.
