My experience with Craftsmen Home Improvements was excellent from start to finish. I really appreciated, Maria, the project coordinator. We had constant communication, which was very helpful because I had so many questions being that this was my first time having a roof job performed. The crew was awesome as well. We are very satisfied with Craftsmen Home Improvements. We had a significant roof leak for our flat roof and we are so grateful that Craftsmen Home Improvements were able to schedule us in prior to the significant rains we are currently experiencing. We are happy to note that we have not had any leakage issues whatsoever. The crew was very courteous and left our yard impeccable. The entire process with Craftsmen Home Improvements was excellent. From the first meeting with Eric for an estimate, all the way through to our final inspection my wife and I were very impressed with the entire team. Each day the crew was at our home I was able to personally review progress and was informed of what was planned for that day.
