CHI was flexible with scheduling based on my convenience. They were transparent with every step of the process. They properly addressed my questions and concerns during the window installation. The new windows looked great and lit my house up. I think I will use them again for my future projects including siding and door replacement.

Of the 3 roofing contractors that we called for our project, the Craftsmen team was by far the most detail-oriented, knowledgeable and helpful. We’re glad we chose them and are completely satisfied with the quality of work, communication, and scheduling. Highly recommended.

I've been using Craftsmen for nearly 30 years. They've replaced windows, my roof and now installed Hardie Board siding for me. They've always done a good job in a professional manner and I've always been happy with their work.

Craftsman work was very well done, windows very nice with great finishes that matched my home’s woodwork, prices fair, communication very good, and I felt treated well - not someone they could or would take advantage of. That was refreshing.
