We have used other contractors in the past and there have always been issues with different steps in the process. That was not the case at all with Craftsman, from the initial consultation to the scheduling to the physical installation it was a seem less process. We have never had a more professional installation team who answered all our questions, and the Communication we received from scheduling is something I've never experienced before. They truly went above and beyond.
Craftsman did both our siding & windows. Overall, very very happy with the end result. It looks stunning. The staff & crew were professional & thorough. We especially liked Erik -- who really sold us on the project and made sure we got everything we were hoping for.
