We couldn't be more pleased with working with Craftsmen Home Improvements. We initially planned to replace 8 window inserts. Erik walked us through the type of inserts available and helped us realize going with vinyl stained from Hayfield was best for our needs. We ended up replacing our sliding glass door, a few wood cases around some windows, our stained glass window storm window and all the exterior wraps around our windows. I am so impressed with Craftsmen. Ellie, the project manager, coordinated the job and was so quick to respond to any questions. Jim, the lead on the install, was very helpful in explaining all of the specs of the job. And then finally, to the crew that actually cane out to do the job. There were only two of them because it was late in the season but they did a great job and checked in with me after each day to let me know what was going on.
