Craftsmen Home Improvements went out of their way to ensure a smooth process to purchasing and installing our new roof. We needed replacements for our roof, soffits/fascia and gutters/downspouts, and we couldn't be happier with the results. My experience with Craftsmen was excellent. The initial consultation was clear, educational, and timely. Jim was knowledgeable and communicated with me throughout the duration of the project. His crew was efficient and responsive. Project updates came often and questions were tended to quickly. I would definitely recommend. This company definitely stood out among the others I consulted.

We had a very nice experience working with Craftsmen Home Improvements. We are a repeat customer and when it came time to replace our roof and some repairs, we immediately turned to Craftsmen. We worked with Jim Kosloski who helped us with the insurance and the planning. He also helped us with some additional work with soffits, fascia and gutters that was not part of the insurance claim. We had craftsmen install a door and windows on our old house, so we knew we'd be getting good work done when having them install windows on our new house.
