We hired Craftsmen to reshingle our old roof, repair fascia, and replace gutters. Our roof was old and had three layers of shingles. Communication involved multiple groups: salesperson, coordinator, and separate crews for roof, fascia, gutters. Excellent communication in all cases, except for initial contact on roofing. CHI replaced all our siding with James Hardie Board and helped manage significant structural and rot repairs. Everyone on the team who helped us with this major project was outstanding. From sales through customer service and installation, everyone with whom we worked at Craftsmen Home Improvements was professional, responsive, respectful and friendly. We are also happy with the quality of the materials they used and the craftsmanship with which they installed them. My experience with Craftsmen was excellent. The initial consultation was clear, educational, and timely. Jim was knowledgeable and communicated with me throughout the duration of the project. His crew was efficient and responsive. Project updates came often and questions were tended to quickly. I would definitely recommend. This company definitely stood out among the others I consulted.

We had a very nice experience working with Craftsmen Home Improvements. We are a repeat customer and when it came time to replace our roof and some repairs, we immediately turned to Craftsmen.
