Working with Craftsman Home Improvement has been the best construction experience I have ever had. From the first estimate house visit to the completion of the roofing job, the staff listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and communicated with me every step of the way. I was shocked and pleased that I could get on the schedule immediately because of upcoming road construction in my neighborhood, then again, pleasantly surprised when the job was completed in one day. The quality o... Read more

We couldn't be more pleased with working with Craftsmen Home Improvements. We initially planned to replace 8 window inserts. Erik walked us through the type of inserts available and helped us realize going with vinyl stained from Hayfield was best for our needs. We ended up replacing our sliding glass door, a few wood cases around some windows, our stained glass window storm window and all the exterior wraps around our windows. Craftsmen Home Improvements recently resided our home with James Hardy siding. We are very pleased with not only the outcome, but the smooth process as well. Everyone was very helpful and supportive along the way from sales, Erik, customer service, Joni and the installation team led by Juan. The installation team members were very hard workers, very considerate and professional. We would highly recommend CHI for any home remodeling project! J. Vainik 12/2021

I am so impressed with Craftsmen. Ellie, the project manager, coordinated the job and was so quick to respond to any questions. Jim, the lead on the install, was very helpful in explaining all of the specs of the job. And then finally, to the crew that actually cane out to do the job. There were only two of them because it was late in the season but they did a great job and checked in with me after each day to let me know what was going on. I 100% will refer this company to anybody looking to in... Read more
