CHI replaced all our siding with James Hardie Board and helped manage significant structural and rot repairs. Everyone on the team who helped us with this major project was outstanding. Communications were always timely and thoughtful from the estimating stage all the way through completion and final inspections. With a house 130+ years old, we knew we would run into some unexpected repairs and the team was very considerate and prioritized things so we could get the house winter-ready as soon as... Read more

Craftsmen Home Improvements went out of their way to ensure a smooth process to purchasing and installing our new roof. We needed replacements for our roof, soffits/fascia and gutters/downspouts, and we couldn't be happier with the results. In addition to the work done at our home, the communication with our project manager was excellent throughout. We would highly recommend Craftsmen Home Improvements!

My experience with Craftsmen was excellent. The initial consultation was clear, educational, and timely. Jim was knowledgeable and communicated with me throughout the duration of the project. His crew was efficient and responsive. Project updates came often and questions were tended to quickly. I would definitely recommend. This company definitely stood out among the others I consulted.

We worked with Jim Kosloski who helped us with the insurance and the planning. He also helped us with some additional work with soffits, fascia and gutters that was not part of the insurance claim. Joni and Ellie at the office kept us informed of the scheduling process throughout and the crews were prof... Read more
