We hired Craftsmen to reshingle our old roof, repair fascia, and replace gutters. Our roof was old and had three layers of shingles. Communication involved multiple groups: salesperson, coordinator, and separate crews for roof, fascia, gutters. Excellent communication in all cases, except for initial contact on roofing. CHI replaced all our siding with James Hardie Board and helped manage significant structural and rot repairs. Everyone on the team who helped us with this major project was outstanding. Communications were always timely and thoughtful from the estimating stage all the way through completion and final inspections. From sales through customer service and installation, everyone with whom we worked at Craftsmen Home Improvements was professional, responsive, respectful and friendly. We are also happy with the quality of the materials they used and the craftsmanship with which they installed them. My experience with Craftsmen was excellent. The initial consultation was clear, educational, and timely. Jim was knowledgeable and communicated with me throughout the duration of the project.
